No crashes (unless I screwed up!)

works great! The price (16 cents per disc) was very good for a quality disc. I've never made frisbees (or coasters or bird discs). I used them in 2 different drives, both worked fine. One TDK brand drive and the other Samsung. The TDK drive doesn't care what disc you throw at it, it always burns well, even at warp speed. Samsung is picky, picky, picky. He's made more trash can fillers than anything I've ever owned. But these discs work great at it. I've checked the dates on every ride and life is good! I have not created audio CDs, so I cannot attest to their skill in this area. The dates are ok. Of course, I did not check the durability of the data. However, I've read a few lab test reports that give them good feedback on data retention. The time will show. The only complaint I have is that the lid of the container is stupid. It is very difficult to screw into the grooves. If you don't put it on perfectly and carefully, it will come off immediately. This is a problem for me as I store them on top of the overhead cabinet. When I grab the lid of the bag, bam! Disks were scattered everywhere. My solution was to move the drives to an empty container I had with a protective sleeve. Nero program with Samsung. They were also used with the TDK hard drive in Windows 98SE. Most of these were written in Mac OS X 10.4.11 with Samsung. Many used Disk Utility and many used Data Backup 3. I can't confirm the Mac Super Drive will burn these discs as mine no longer exists. However, the other Super Drive read them perfectly. I hope this information helps you make a purchasing decision! floor
