The product itself is a very cool idea, but the stones themselves don't glow that brightly unless you expose them to very bright light for a long time, and the glow doesn't stay very bright for very long. Ambient light from our aquarium's overhead lighting room wasn't enough to properly "charge" the rocks, so we used a 5000 lumen headlamp to light them up a bit to make them glow, which wasn't very practical is. to enjoy every day. This is a great idea and if you have a UV lamp shining directly onto the rocks during the day your results may be better, but if you depend on regular lighting you might be a little disappointed.
