Amazing tool in Tools & Equipment

Used professionally for 2 years. If there is pressure it will not come out, if you press it the threads will be pulled off. Spirit. So make sure there is no pressure in it and you don't have problems like others.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • No automatic

Don't buy, buy splash style!

Believe the negative reviews. Poorly made aluminum filaments broke on first use. I carefully lined up the threads to unscrew the cap and it immediately snapped off and got stuck. Very poor design and not a reliable tool.

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • will be added later

Poor quality air conditioning line repair tools

Compatible fittings are hard to find and when I found fittings for the AC manifold sensor there doesn't seem to be a link on where to find fittings either. Don't buy this crap. Don't waste your headache shopping for accessories. when you buy it. Remember I warned you all!

Quality product that works

Following the directions I put 1 ounce of oil in my air conditioner with no problem. Forget the "pour oil in the hose" method I've already tried. You need that. I wiped the cylinder before use but to my surprise it was already clean. No metal chips or contamination. In my opinion it is a quality product.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons

The easy way to add products to your air conditioner

Very good quality. The valve works and is also of good quality. The body is machined, the thread is clean. This summer I had no problem using this item on several car air conditioners. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a way to put oil in the air conditioner. On one car, when I didn't have gauges with me, I just used a can of 134a to force oil into the system. That's how it worked great.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Excellent professional tool

This is a very high quality tool for professional use. Very easy to use. If you complain about the wrong equipment, you simply bought the wrong one. This is for R134a, Mastercool also offers for use with R12 systems. Hardware is different. You must inspect and clean the barrel before first use. This injector can be used prior to priming the system or with a fully charged system. I have the full line of Mastercool A/C Service Tools. They are of the highest quality and value. Don't throw awayโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Lid thread stuck before I used it. Opened, oil chamber blown out with brake cleaner and a rag to remove aluminum shavings, cap screwed on tight but tight. I did a vacuum test to make sure it wasn't leaking and couldn't get the cap off. I clamped it in a vise and tried to remove the cover, but I didn't budge. If you're brave enough to try this, make sure you clean the chamber well and know that the inlet is 1/2" female Acme and the outlet is 1/2" male Acme , and be very light when unscrewing the

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Nothing here

Works great.: Air Conditioning Tools & Equipment

I used this to add oil to my Ranger's AC system. I wasn't sure I was doing it correctly per their instructions and I had to pull the vacuum a few times to get all 2 ounces of oil into the system but everything else worked fine. A very durable item. BE SURE TO CLEAN BEFORE USE! I can't stress this enough. I rubbed some horsefly through and poured the contents onto a towel. I saw a lot of aluminum metal shavings and foundry oil (black mass). I'm glad I read a review that says you have to deleteโ€ฆ
