Review on Revelwood by Tom Roberts

The integration of our CRM with salesforce was seamless! We are able to pull all information from SalesForce into one place which has helped us improve overall service levels for clients as well as increase client satisfaction by providing them access to their accounts in real time across multiple channels including web chat. I have not found anything yet that we dislike about this product or solution but if there is something please let me know so it can be fixed right away!! It's been an amazing experience working together with these guys at RevelWood. They were great throughout every step of implementation process and even after launch they continue to assist when needed. This allowed us to get up-to speed quickly without having any delays due to problems during setup/implementation phase.
