After a long search, I was eventually successful in locating the item I was looking for, and I immediately proceeded to place my order and pay for expedited delivery. When it finally arrived, the product did not work correctly with my automobile and did not match the description at all. I attempted to contact customer support in order to get this problem resolved, but the responses I received were both unhelpful and rude. My concerns were disregarded, and there was no attempt made to find a solution or provide compensation for the trouble that was created. In general, my time spent with BESTAOO was one that was filled with frustration and disappointment. This online store is not one that I would recommend to anyone seeking for dependable and proficient service because they lack those qualities.
