I have a PowerMac G4, a MacBook Pro and a PC, all in use. I have video connected to various inputs on my monitor and just needed a way to share my keyboard, mouse, contour shuttle and flash drives. While this switch can only connect to one such device, it seems to work fine when that device is a USB 2.0 hub that all of the above devices are plugged into. The switch makes a solid impression. As another reviewer mentioned, this is a mechanical switch rather than an electronic one. I consider this a plus as it doesn't use energy and doesn't freeze. One downside: It doesn't have rubber feet to protect the surface it's standing on. Rubber feet can be bought almost for free, or you can find another solution, e.g. B. on a kind of carpet. I think the price-performance ratio of this device is very good.
