Everything worked fine except the black vacuum hose. There was no thread on one of the ends, so the hose is practically useless. Will have to buy a replacement hose or see if I can find the right size to replace it. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and sent me a partial refund which worked fine because I hate the hassle of returning things. If only I can fix it with a new part. The refund covered the cost of a new hose so all is fine except for a little hassle. As someone else pointed out, the decals on the H/L pressure port grips are backwards. This is compounded by the fact that the connectors "open" when the handle is screwed in and "close" when the handle is unscrewed. This operation is the opposite of a normal valve, but may require special interaction with the H/L pressure ports. Just something to keep in mind so you don't spend a lot of time pumping the vacuum and fixing a freon flow only to find out the ports are closed. Doh! That quirk aside, I really love this thing. The valves open and close smoothly, the gauges are big and nice.
