I have a whole story. I purchased orange filament to print a custom organizer for my Terraforming Mars board game. Then trouble happened. Every print began to fail. After numerous failures, I decided to replace the nozzle, silicone cover and bed springs. Then I tried many more times and still couldn't get a good print. I used half the spool and in the end nothing was sticking to the plate. To confirm it was the material I had an unused 6 month old base filament that I bought when I got my printer. And just changed the spool and tried to print and everything went smoothly (one of the best prints ever). I can only summarize since I used the exact same setting that the orange thread has some quality issues. I have ordered another one and it will be here today and I will try to print it out to see if there are any differences. I'm not really happy with this thread at the moment as so much time has been wasted over the past few weeks.
