I use this thread for cross stitching. I'm guessing the color numbers are the same as DMC's main brand, but the thread quality is pretty crappy. For some skeins, the end of the thread is actually glued into the paper label, so even if you can tear off all the pieces of paper, the thread will break or residue of glue will be left behind. I even found a few strands with one end knotted to another piece of thread - super weird! So instead of (for example) 5 feet of thread, you get 3 feet, then a KNOT, and then another 2 feet. Untying the knot separates them. This is very strange and disappointing. Don't be stingy and buy this thread, just look elsewhere for better quality.
