Review on 🔌 Frost King RC60 Black Heating Cables, 60 Feet by Gary Generale

I have a roof and gutter area that is shaded during the winter months (on the north side of the house). In cold weather, gutters freeze and ice can form on the roof. I have installed a Frost King heating cable in the downspout, gutter and over part of the roof and it works very well to melt or avoid hard ice in the gutter and to clear ice blockages on the roof. I ordered additional hardware because some reviews stated that the included mounting hardware might not be enough. I had no problems - the included hardware was sufficient for my installation (about half of the 60ft was on the roof and half on the gutter and downspout). Your mileage may vary, but I recommend reading the recommendations on the Frost King website if you have any doubts or questions. It has worked well for me (and weathered the summer sun/heat just fine).
