This item I bought from More2Spend sucks. It came, and even now I can't connect or turn it on. The router came with someone else's network name (vi-ce08), it was password protected and I can't access it. When I called DLink and explained that I didn't receive the default SSID and password, they told me that based on what I describe (and given that the default name was supposed to be D-Link), it was looks like I received a repaired item. Beware of bites. This modem is also no longer supported since 2010, so D Link does not offer technical support. There was no manual in the box, nor adequate instructions. I spent two hours of my life trying to get this to work.
