Review on 3M 20907 🧽 Blaster 180 Sanding Sponges by Deandre Vogt

They work better than most

As a DIY enthusiast I usually use a lot of hand sanding pads. I've had good luck with 3M products and these sanding pads are no exception. 180 grit is "fine grit" but not superfine. These sponges are a quick and easy way to give wood, plastic and most metals a smooth finish (if the surface is already smooth enough). I've even used these sponges to sand down some areas on my car that have been repainted. They have worked brilliantly for this purpose. These sponges are quite hard and hold their shape well. However, they are flexible enough to wrap around pipes and other round objects. As with most sanding pads, they will develop little "hooks and cracks" if you hit a rough spot too often. But I always feel like I benefit a lot from each sponge. If I have a choice, I always buy 3M sponges.

Pros
  • Quick Finish Sanding Pads, Pre-Coat
Cons
  • Very Expensive
