Does not come with throttle body gasket. The filter element is very cheap, I had to get some foam from the arts and crafts department to glue it to the back of the filter cap to fill the gap I had when I put everything together.The bleed screw spacers aren't big enough, had to run to the hardware store and buy 3 washers on each side to hold them in place or they just rattle.I just got it installed don't know how long the chrome finish will last I will buy a K&N filter for this just to save the filter as I don't trust the one that comes with it All the holes line up and I think the bleed screws are better than those Stock screws so at least it works which is nice, just be prepared to buy additional parts to get it a precise fit.
