The ease in which you can create new service records is really convenient! I also like how easy it was to add my own notes for each record too as well - this makes things easier when looking back at them later (or if they need updating!).

It's not something that i dislike but could be better about allowing me more fields per row so we don't have issues where some data gets lost from one field into another after saving an update/edit etc.- although maybe thats just because our system isn;t set up properly? There aren’t any other downsides though- very useful tool overall!! We've been able to track all jobs done by contractors through zoids without having multiple spreadsheets / databases across different platforms & systems.
