exceeds my expectation
I was looking into getting an air popper as a healthier alternative to prepackaged microwave popcorn. I stumble across this item by accident. I thought for the price, what do I have to lose? Plus, I don't have to think about finding storage space for an air popper. In use, this bowl actually gets the job done. It pops popcorn in the microwave with very few unpopped kernels. And no burning. As far as consistency is concerned, I found that using a 1/4 cup measuring cup is more accurate than the lines on the bottom of the bowl. With one level scoop and 3 1/2 minutes in the microwave I get a quick fat free snack. How did I live so long without knowing about this item?
- Ideal for people who are allergic to nuts and other snacks commonly included in movie theater popcorn.
- Can be more difficult to determine proper serving sizes compared to traditional popcorn bags
