I do not recommend purchasing this product unless you are willing to spend a good amount of time and effort learning how it works. You will need a technical background in order to fully utilize this tool. It is easy to learn though, so if you are comfortable using command lines or scripting languages you should be able to get the hang of it quickly. This can save you a lot of time having to write your own custom scripts to perform these tasks. We were looking for something to automate the process of creating our SysAdmins accounts and certificates and also perform some basic configuration checks on our infrastructure. We had been doing this manually by writing Bash scripts which was taking quite a bit of time. This tool allowed us to do all of that in a matter of minutes rather than hours.
