Review on 🔧 Enhanced Monroe 37151 OESpectrum Truck Shock Absorber by Brandon Battaglia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good replacement for bearings.

Good tripod replacement, better quality than Monroe's "budget" offering, nice mid-range. I bought a Monroe OESpectrum to replace the stock Billsteins on my 2005 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 1500. Installation was pretty easy to swap out the front shock absorbers. However, I reused the stock rubber bumpers as I felt that the ones that came with the new shocks didn't have the same structural integrity as the stock ones that were sleeved and still in good condition. Replacement bumpers would probably fit just fine, but the stock ones were a bit lower profile and allowed for more threading at the top, and again the bushing went into the hole to keep the bumpers centered. Check out the photos showing original Billstein and Monroe OESpectrum and original bumpers and replacement parts.
