Installing and setting up this scanner definitely had some rough edges. At the moment I got it working wirelessly from two of my three computers (one Windows, one Mac), but I was only able to get it working from a third (another Mac) with a USB cable - not a big deal, though a little annoying. But once installed, this thing was amazing. The default settings resulted in poor quality scans, but after increasing the DPI and a few other things, the scans became excellent. They are also very fast. But best of all, in my experience, it does a great job with multiple sheet feeds. I added 50-page documents with ragged edges, stacks of old photographs, newspaper clippings, greeting cards, and so on. In three months of heavy use, the scanner has not had a single page jam of any kind.
