
Of course it was difficult to open. Although it's good. I know the lid won't fall off. The SSD fits snugly between the rubber pads so it doesn't dangle. Windows immediately identified the device as a USB device and after formatting the SSD and giving it a drive letter I was able to start backing up. As you can see in the picture I get 563 MB/s reading and 519 MB/s writing. A real data transfer of 171 GB showed a stable transfer rate of around 438 MB/s for uncompressed and decrypted media files. Backups are also very fast. This device serves its purpose.
