My Covermates outdoor set cover had more holes than Swiss cheese, and I returned it. A flamingo made of plastic was about as helpful as customer service. After waiting this long, I'm beginning to wonder if they're actually growing the cotton to create another one from scratch when they promised to send one out. Instead of spending it, use it to water your grass.
