I got them for a litter of puppies, we only had 3 puppies so we have plenty left. This is the breakaway type I usually get for my 2 cats and the rest are either used for them or my daughter tells me they fit her 2 smallest ferrets too. We have German Shepherd puppies and they suit them. From birth they are now 3 1/2 weeks old and still fit and may have 1 1/2 weeks to grow. Large puppies even for German shepherds as they were a smaller litter and were over 5lbs at 3 weeks so collars had to be adjusted every other day, easy to do and they seem comfortable. they fit well. These are lovely soft collars in a variety of colours, some colors look a little faded but most are beautiful. They were perfect for our purpose and the puppies tolerated them very well showing no signs of irritation. Index cards are nice too.
