Increased from 15Mbps to 55Mbps
Installed external antennas on my Netgear MR1100 and placed them in my office window overlooking the tower about four miles away and in the path of the building and trees . Turned on the MR1100 and ran some speed tests with Ookla. My speed dropped from an average of 15 Mbit/s to an average of 55 Mbit/s, the acceleration remained and averaged 17 Mbit/s. I am very satisfied for the price. Why so many people are giving it such a bad rating must be because they are in a dead zone. May be?
