The ability to easily create templates with predefined options for each row allows me fast input in an easy way without having too much work to do afterwords. With all my projects I often have different ways how it should be done but this is not always documented properly so that other people can understand what they need to change or add themselves. This could help quite some users who are new at our software since we don't document everything perfectly straight away which leads sometimes to misunderstandings from others using our application. As said above - creating templates helps solving these problems as soon as you realize something needs changing/adding afterwards. Our business has changed over time due to more customers coming online every year. To handle all those changes we use many tools where one might say 'this tool fits better'. We switched from another product about 4 years ago now and still like their products very well but found out pretty quickly that there were things missing compared to ours.
