I purchased this item to keep my belongings dry as I engaged in several water rides at Niagara Falls. It passed the test! I was pleased that it kept everything dry. I like the different carrying options that this bag offers with the adjustable handles and the ability to adjust the size of the bag by rolling the top up or down. My only con is that this bag felt a bit bulky. I didn't submerge this bag under water so I cant say for sure how that would be. But I was pretty soaking wet from water activities at Niagara Falls but everything in my bag was dry. Loved it!
