The support team is very responsive, they are able to answer questions right away - even at night! I would highly recommend them for any cloud software needs you have in your organization - especially if it's not something we've used ourselves yet but can see how useful it could be after speaking with our own experience level employees who use their products daily.
It has been great having access to such knowledgeable professionals during times when things aren't quite going smoothly, so there isn’t too much downtime between calls being made back to the tech results office (support center). We're solving security issues by implementing antivirus/antimalware protection across all departments within my school district using their hosted desktops product called ‘Tech Desk’. I like how easy it is to use, my team loves using tech results for all our needs! The customer service has been great at every turn when we have needed help with something small in between meetings/schedules etc - they are always quick enough respond back but also willing give you options if its not what your looking fo rand try again later :) We've used them since 2014 so far there's never really anything i dislike about their products /service yet which makes me happy :).
