Needs updated instructions

Instructions were wrong. It mentioned using distilled water and setting it to zero. There is no zero. Googled and found out to use olive oil to calibrate to 71.5. Once that was done. Voila. It just needs to have updated instructions.

Worked perfectly testing extracted honey. Easy to read, consistent tests. Great price too!

Cons

Product arrived used and covered in a sticky disgusting substance. I didn't get a chance to use it.
