If like me you have a Ford Focus and are having radio problems (like many other Focus owners) then buy a new ACM because the factory fitted radio will not work. kaput.Having bought both OEM and aftermarket radios I stumbled across this gem. Thought I'd give it a try as it was available and the description mentioned plug and play installation. After all, I really had nothing to lose with my original broken radio. After encountering a LOUD intermittent popping and popping, this radio replacement was like a breath of fresh air. I can enjoy my daily commute again without having to prepare for my next sip. Honestly, the overall design and user interface is an improvement over the OEM hardware and software that came with my car. The installation was also quite easy and the seller is very responsive if you are not a regular DIYer. I'm so glad I tried this product!
