Great tool that helped solve out Internal Communication Challenges

- Easy to use.- Ability to manage tickets with multiple members of staff for different departments within an organisation.- Good reporting capability, very easy to customise reports.- Very good customer service as well. Nothing really at this time but we have been using it since 2010 when I first joined the team so no complaints there. Overall great experience from day 1 till now. We are solving our internal communication issue by providing one place where all employees in our department can submit their issues and provide status updates regarding those issues. It helps us keep track of what's going on internally and also provides excellent insight into how our customers feel about certain aspects of our business.
