As a jack of all trades, I must have this item on hand. I have worked a lot with wood and have never had to use this tool. Now that my youngest (one of three) granddaughters (4 years old) asked if I could build her a playhouse. Yes, you must get permission from your parents regarding the location of your property. Lots of cutting is a must with this tool.
