Item arrived less than a week after ordering via FedEx from China. It was well packaged and protected for shipping. When ordering, you should not have any concerns about this. I installed yesterday and it was pretty easy, although the instructions that came with it are pretty useless. Instead, search YouTube for a video that shows you the installation. It took about an hour and a half. Looks pretty good except for the exposed screws from the tail assembly to the crossbars which I wasn't expecting. The rails and crossbars are all aluminum and everything feels solid and well built. A consideration for those of you considering this product: do you have a sunroof? When you do this, note that the cross members are locked and the front cross member goes straight over the sunroof. It's high enough not to get in the way when you're working, but it doesn't generate much wind noise. All in all a solid, good looking roof rack that costs less than half the price of a genuine Mazda roof rack.
