They worked great for our application which was an inverted fan on the back of a full size computer case. Lots of flat metal to fit the screen. The magnets are strong enough and hold in place. I even halved one screen to cover the open space (including the back) since I installed the graphics card vertically, leaving the slot area wide open. I didn't want dust getting into the case. The screen magnets were only held on three sides. I only used the nozzle brush from the vacuum cleaner to clean it. If you have a lot of flat ground that you want to target, these filters are perfect.
