DOT not printed on hose

A previous question on this product was "Is DOT printed directly on the hose?" The answer to this question was "Yes it is." So I bought the air duct thinking it was DOT approved. DOT is not printed anywhere on this air duct. How do we know it's safe for airbag/suspension components on my truck can be used.It is made in China.
