Review on πŸ§€ Fantes Italian Market Cheese Grater: Suction-Base, 2 Drums - Original Since 1906 - Improved SEO by Andrea Sonnier

Works but wonder for how long

Initially I was happy with this grater. It's better than the plastic and metal graters and graters I've used. I use it to grate an entire block of Costco parmesan, produce about 10 cups of grated parmesan in one sitting, and freeze the grated parmesan rather than collect, use, break down, wash, dry, and store. little worry. The base and grater are attached to a somewhat flimsy neck which I fear will break. The loading bay has gaps between it and the body of the drums. The drum spindle is worn relative to the hole it enters, and a drop of olive oil is required to prevent squeaking. Also a drop of olive oil so that the handle is not very difficult to dismantle. I also have granite countertops so I need to find a "smooth" spot to attach them. In general it works, but I'm not sure how long it will work.
