Very disappointed. I needed a 15 foot headphone extension. I liked this color, the light weight and the cord that doesn't tangle. The connector fits my computer perfectly. But when I try to plug the headphones into the cable, the plug doesn't fit into the jack. It doesn't go all the way in and just falls out again. So I tried another pair of headphones and two pairs of earbuds. None of them snap. I know the cable works because if I leave the headphone jack in place I can hear perfectly. However, keeping them together defeats the whole purpose of buying a cable. Very annoying, especially since the return shipping is more than worth it even with Prime. I need another cable. Update 02/11/19: The manufacturer took up my complaint and sent me a replacement cable. I'm impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. The new cable arrived today and works great. I am very happy.
