This extension looks good. I prefer braided textile wire, it doesn't get tangled as easily as regular wire. I don't see any obvious flaws in the design and I expect it will hold up over time. Took 15 feet to walk from TV to headphone couch (fwiw Sony). More for the backup to a wireless headset. The cable came complete. I liked the color.
