Review on 📝 Strathmore Gray Drawing Sketch Pad, 400 Series, Toned Paper, 5.5x8.5 inches, 50 Sheets by Michelle Langley

For the first time I used gray paper. I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it and if there would be a learning curve, but wow! I love this paper! It has enough texture but not too much. I press pretty hard when I draw and I haven't managed to indent the pages underneath at all. The paper is definitely thick enough to paint on both sides, although I prefer to use just one side. I can say that I will be using these sketchbooks for a long time. I just really love the colour. I used it with white charcoal which really contrasts with the grey. If you're an artist trying a new medium or just want to impress your friends, be sure to check it out! I am attaching some of my drawings made with mechanical pencils and white charcoal. UPDATE: I've added some photos now as I've been using this paper for a number of years. I absolutely love it, I'll probably buy a year.
