Review on 🚚 LED Trailer Light Kit by Reese Towpower 86006 by Andre Pendergrass

Well packaged and fast shipping. Since I was replacing old, crappy, rusty, blown light bulbs on my boat trailer, I didn't have to drill any mounting holes. These lights correspond to the original (standard) hole spacing. I also connected to the trailer's existing wiring because it was still fine. These lights are BRIGHT! A much needed improvement over old fashioned incandescent bulbs. The overall quality of the products appears to be very good. Like some other reviewers, I used waterproof butt connectors to connect the wires, followed by shrink wrap over the connectors. Why those lights came with wire nuts I'll never know. I'm also planning to make a metal license plate bracket as it will last longer than the plastic bracket that comes with the kit. I will also be replacing all hardware with REAL stainless steel to ensure saltwater corrosion resistance. Overall I like these lights (so far). I'll update my review after they've been submerged in Florida's salt water a few times. Then we will REALLY see how good they are over time!
