Review on Hanchen Labeling Adjustable Applicator 15 20Pcs Office Electronics by Dean Gomatham

I bought this machine to quickly label small batches of about 40 pieces. When the car arrived there were no instructions and the video was practically useless to set up the car. After you figure out the general setup, the machine runs pretty well on around 6-8 labels. However, after about six labels, the paper wrap around the axis of rotation thickens and changes the angle of the excess paper from the label. When this happens, the tension becomes too high and the paper tears. We wasted time attaching the paper to the pole on which the whole process is twisted. I'm not sure if this was designed for very short runs, but I think we're wasting more time relabeling it than it's worth. We were able to manually label products in less time. If we get something wrong that causes the paper to tear so often, let me know and I'll be happy to update my review.
