It's easy for me as an admin user because I am familiar with most things that are in this software (like Outlook).
The fact is you don't need all these features if your business isn;' big enough so there may not really any benefit from using some or even ALL those extra functions - which could mean less time spent training staff how they should use them too.- Not every feature will suit everyone- Some people prefer more 'outward facing', visible ways than others do when looking through their email/files online /etc.
