Well my excitement about my new vacuum dried after 10 minutes of use quickly after . I already have a love-hate relationship with him. The caps did not fit the wheel assembly. I played around with it for 15 minutes. The bolts on the wheelbase are difficult to install as the bolts are very close to the canister. The suction power is GREAT BUT the nozzles keep falling apart. I wanted to be able to vacuum my indoor-outdoor patio rug along with the patio, but all the attachments are falling apart. The manufacturer sent a connector with a rubber grommet to prevent this BUT there is only one and it doesn't help much. Rolling is easy BUT it rolls so freely that it constantly pulls out of its socket on the wall. I had to plug in 6 times and was very careful with the (IMO) short cord. I'm considering whether to send it back. I'll see if anyone has any suggestions for me 1st.
