Purchased for use with a Dualshock 4 controller. So far it's working great on Windows 10. I haven't noticed any input lag or disconnects in games even though I'm only 4 feet away from this adapter. I'm using a USB 3.0 port. To connect a Dualshock controller via Bluetooth: 1. Plug in the adapter and turn on Bluetooth in Windows 10 (click the notification popup on the taskbar to open the switch menu)2. Press and hold the Playstation button on the controller to turn it on3. From the notifications toggle menu on the taskbar, select All settings > Devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth4. Select a Dualshock controller for detected Bluetooth devices. Windows should now remember your controller so you don't have to pair it every time, even after you've disconnected your controller and/or Bluetooth adapter. If you're having trouble with Windows remembering pairing like I did initially, remove all instances of the controller from your device settings and try pairing again after a reboot.
