Installed this kit on my 2018 Ford F-150 to power a Rexing V2 dashcam and hooked it up to the fuse box which turns on when the ignition is turned on. It works great except when I put it in reverse. The DVR turns off and on intermittently. I've moved it to a different fuse slot and keep encountering the same problem turning on and off when reversing. My guess is that on the new F-150 the backup camera, reversing lights etc are causing slight voltage fluctuations in the circuit and triggering the cut off mechanism in this wiring harness. I wish there was a way to disable the shut off mechanism when hooked up to a fuse box that activates on ignition.
