Bought two of these, one for myself and one as a gift. I use it to grate imported Romano cheese and it comes out like powdery snow. It also requires very little effort and the results are great. The soft end is a nice feature as it prevents stains from appearing on my counter. This grater scores high in terms of quality, like all my Rรถsle gadgets.
