Review on Brightz WheelBrightz Lights Razzle Dazzle by Trae Joubert

When I first ordered I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I have the wrong impression that this light string is held in place either just by the zips or somehow by the tension of the spokes. This worried me when I bought it for my fat bike which has about 1 inch spoke spacing. I expected to have to tie a cord to every other knitting needle or something. Well I was wrong. I've only used one zipper and the rest seems to work. The fairy lights have a much stronger and more durable tube than I expected. So when you get them between the spokes and close the circle, the external tension of the tube itself keeps the lights on the rim. These lights aren't as bright as I expected, but they are definitely bright. I just expected them to bounce off the road more than they actually do. a fat bike with red rims so that alone draws attention but those lights at night draw even more attention. On my first ride after installation, I received my first compliment almost immediately from the first pedestrian I passed. I live in an up-and-coming suburb where there aren't that many streetlights, which makes them even cooler. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like you don't have to completely remove the power supply from the rim to change the batteries. Still great product!
