Review on Mandoline Vegetable Stainless Adjustable Resistant by Jasmine Smith

It took me a while but I finally fell in love with this strip. I was replacing an old Pampered Chef mandolin and it was very hard to sell. For the price this is a great slicer. It's great for slicing any veg (I haven't tried tomatoes) and Julianna Slicing is great for any root veg. Very durable and cuts very even slices. I like the bonus of the cutting gloves as not all veggies (like carrots) can be easily used for slicing. Definitely happy with the purchase. The legs lift the food slicer and it stands stable on the table or cutting board. The legs fold down for easy storage. Half of the cutting surface folds out for easy cleaning, and there's a protective cover for storage. The only thing I would like is a way to store the protective case attached to the slicer itself.
