I have followed most of the reviews and ordered t-shirts two sizes larger than I normally wear. I'm 6ft 1in 180lbs and usually wear a medium shirt and sometimes a large size. I found the XL size in this product to fit well as a UA type sport compression top, which is what I want from this type of rashguard (tight but not tight).
