Works as described. And it works fine. Although after a few uses it stopped working properly. But I took it to DeWalt and they sent me a new one a few days later. Otherwise it would have been five stars. The instructions state that it is not recommended to use reverse gear unless it is necessary. I found it quite strange to say that. So I will not drive backwards with my new one. Because you don't really need it. Unless I'm assuming you somehow bring it to a stalemate. I've used it a few times and always managed to pull the cord out by running it in forward gear. It's a little hard. However, this is only due to the increased cable length inside the machine. So that's to be expected from each of them I guess.
