I was a bit confused as to what color this ribbon would be. Bordeaux or red? So I chose this because it looked red on my monitor and I wanted red. Arrived today - super fast! - and was a rich juicy red. Not a red fireman, just a little deeper. Perfect for your creativity and Christmas sewing. I always think of burgundy as purple. It's a pleasant feeling. Haven't used it yet but wanted to convince potential buyers what color it is, so they can buy it in time to start or continue their craft. I'm hoping to make some Christmas decorations and use them to hang. Beautiful velvet ribbon in a beautiful red color. As we crafters know, it can be frustrating when you're under pressure to finish a project and then the wrong color comes up. I appreciate it. Many Thanks.
