It just (sort of) works and there are many example projects on the internet.
SenseHat does what it does - it measures temperature, pressure and humidity, plus it has a cool LED matrix that you can program for just about anything you can think of. directly above the RPi's CPU, so the temperature reading is significantly distorted by the heat radiated from the CPU.
