I love this beautiful German-Japanese high carbon stainless steel knife. That's the best price I've ever gotten. Stunning sharp edges cut things very easily and cut beautifully like a pro with cutting power. The weight is perfect for me, not too light and not too heavy but very strong, the handle is very nice with a high quality pakka wood handle, I feel great when I hold it. Easy to clean.
